All advertisements are moderated for compliance with applicable laws and company advertising policies before they are placed on Geozo.

Geozo reserves the right to reject any advertising material without giving reasons.

In line with our basic principles, you should consider the following in order to generate truly effective advertisements and to avoid irregularities.

Prohibited categories of goods and services

Make sure you are not advertising or being involved in the distribution of illegal goods or services*.

· Materials that are considered extremist in the host country

· Tobacco and smoking paraphernalia

· Explosives and materials other than pyrotechnic products

· Weapons

· Narcotic substances, psychotropic substances and their precursors, plants containing narcotic drugs

· Trafficking in human organs

· Pyramid schemes

· Medical services for the termination of pregnancy

· Products whose production and/or sale is prohibited by the laws of the host country

· Services that violate the law or services that offer to circumvent the laws of the host country

· Products and services that are subject to certification/licensing and do not have the required certificates/licenses

· Goods, the free sale of which is prohibited or restricted by the legislation of the host country

· Alcoholic beverages

· Casinos, totalizators, risk based games and betting and their organizers

· Services for attracting subscribers, views, likes and votes

· Books, music or movies without permission from the copyright holder

· Other content prohibited by the laws of the host country

*Moderation of a number of categories of goods and services takes into account prohibitions and restrictions of local law. The above list is not exhaustive and is subject to change.

Content, goods and services 18+

Your advertising campaign shall not contain pornographic or sexually explicit content or 18+ products or services.

· adult goods (including erotic games);

· intimate services;

· pornographic, sexually explicit content;

· dating sites with hidden content about sex dating, intimate dating, one-night dating, intimate chat rooms, etc.

Rights of minors

Our team strictly ensures that the advertising campaign does not contain text or images that violate the rights of minors.

· Harming them in any way

· Sexualisation of children

· Posting content that seems to be appropriate for children (depicting children or popular children's characters) but contains non-children's content

Obscene language and obscene expressions

Make sure that you do not use obscene gestures, swearing, vulgar or indecent language, including in a foreign language and misspelt.

Shocking content

Advertising should not promote anything that is shocking, disgusting.

Example: Photos of a crime or an accident scene.

Examples: blood, guts, human or animal excrement.

Example: Images of dead people or animals.

Dangerous or offensive content

Advertising shall not promote hatred, intolerance, discrimination, exploitation and violence.

Advertising shall not:

· offend the feelings of believers

· discriminate on personal grounds, including

· ethnicity and national origin

· race

· sexual orientation

· religion

· gender identity

· age

· gender

· marital status

· disabilities, developmental disabilities, medical conditions

· encourage harassment, bullying or intimidation

· contain propaganda calling for violence, brutality and/or incitement to mass disorder, terrorism, extremism, Nazism, exploitation, genocide and the commission of unlawful acts

· contain propaganda calling for physical or moral harm to themselves or other persons

Example: actions that call for suicide, harm to health (refusal to eat), prostitution, begging, vagrancy.

Malicious or unwanted software

We take care to ensure that the advertisements we place are safe for users, so we do not accept the use of malicious or unwanted software.

Prohibited practices include:

· Automatic download of files when the page loads without user consent

· Malicious link file

· Malicious URL

· PHISHING

· Use of lockers, forced push-subscription, blocking close browser tab button

· Illegal collection and storage of personal data

Fraudulent practices

We categorically reject any action to deliberately cheat the moderation process.

Example: spoofing the final URL or content on a landing page.

In case of intentional deceptive practices, Geozo reserves the right to block the advertiser's account with all funds on it.

Uncoordinated split test

We ask that you agree a split test with your Geozo manager to run more than one product by the same link.
